Il tema del Congresso “Le operazioni interforze e multinazionali nella storia militare”, è
stato suddiviso in vari sottotemi, ai quali i relatori si sono riferiti nella stesura delle loro
presentazioni.
Tutti i sottotemi proposti hanno trovato adeguata trattazione e si è cercato da parte
del Comitato Scientifico di predisporre un programma consequenziale, attinente alle
tematiche che erano state indicate. Tuttavia negli Atti, per favorire una visione più
sistematica dei lavori si è preferito raggruppare le relazioni in maniera più strettamente
tematica e cronologica.
In questi Atti sono state incluse anche le relazioni non presentate nel corso del Congresso
per sopravvenuta indisponibilità dei relatori e quelle italiane non pubblicate negli Atti
del XXXVII Congresso di Rio de Janeiro, Brasile e del XXXVIII Congresso di Sofia,
Bulgaria.
The Theme of the Congress “Joint and combined operations in the history of warfare”,
has been divided into various items, to which the speakers have referred in their
presentations.
All proposed items found adequate treatment and where listed by the Scientific
Committee to prepare a consequential program, relating to issues that were mentioned
. However, in the Acts, to promote a more systematic work has been preferred to set
papers in a more strictly chronological and thematic progression.
In these Acts are also included papers not submitted to the audience during the Congress,
for occurring unavailability of lecturers and the Italian papers, not published in the
Proceedings of the XXXVII Congress of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and of the XXXVIII
Congress in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Le Thème du Congrès “Les opérations interarmées et multinationales dans l’histoire
militaire”, a été divise en différents sous thèmes, que les orateurs ont évoqué dans leurs
présentations.
Toutes les propositions des sous thèmes ont trouvé le développement approprié et
le Comité Scientifique a elaboré un programme cohérent, relatives aux questions
mentionnés.
Toutefois, dans les Actes, à fin de promouvoir un travail plus systématique, on a préféré
réunir les relations dans un plan plus strictement chronologique et thématique.
Dans ces Actes ont été egalement inclus les présentations qui n’ont pas été préséntées, en
séance par indisponibilité des présentateurs et les presentations italienne, qui n’ont pas
été publiée dans les Actes du XXXVII Congrés de Rio de Janeiro, Brésil et du XXXVIII
Congrés de Sofia, Bulgarie.
