Ten. I Wayan Agus APRIANA, followed the TNI Carrier Officer Education at Military
Academy on Magelang Central Java and graduated with the rank of Ensign in 2007. He
continued the military education to the Basic Corps Education at Naval Education and
Development Command on Surabaya East Java in 2007. Recently his rank is Lieutenant
Junior Grade of Indonesian Navy. The other specialist development trainings which
were followed by him are Naval New Officer Course in 2008, TNI Historian Officer
Course in 2010, and TNI Public Relations Officer Course in 2011. He firstly started
his duty in Naval Base VIII Manado, North Sulawesi from 2008 till the end of 2009 as
the Head of Language Laboratory. Then he moved to History Center of TNI in Jakarta
from 2010 till 2012 as Public Relations Officer at Satriamandala Museum. Then he
moved to Pancasila Sakti Monument at Lubang Buaya East Jakarta from 2012 till now
as Guidance and Information Officer.

Prof. Dr. Jordan BAEV is graduate of Sofia University and received his PhD in
History at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He served as Scientific Secretary of
Institute of Military History (1996-1998), and head of Civil-Military Relations research
department at G.S.Rakovski National Defense Academy (2001-2003) in Sofia as well as
Secretary General of Bulgarian National Commission of Military History (1995-2004).
Currently he is Professor of Contemporary World History and Senior Research Fellow
of Security Studies at Rakovski National Defense Academy and a Visiting Professor at
Sofia University and Diplomatic Institute of Bulgarian Foreign Ministry. He is Vice-
President of the Bulgarian Association of Military History as well as the coordinator of
the Bulgarian Inter-University Cold War Research Group.
Dr. Matthew BENNETT is a Senior Lecturer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
and Deputy Head of the Department of Communication and Applied Behavioural
Science where he has lectured since 1984. He is the author of three books and three
edited volumes together with twenty-four academic articles, mainly on the topic of the
ethos and practice of medieval warfare. He is also General Editor of a series called ‘War
in History’ for Boydell and Brewer which has published thirty monographs, mostly on
medieval warfare, since 1996. He has been a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society
since 1989 and of the Society of Antiquaries (London) since 1997, and is a member of
numerous other historical societies.
