one of che highesr perccnrages in the world. Grcecc ask for nothing from anybody.
Quice simply, she is nor prcpared co renounce her ancienr nacional righrs. Greek
military thinking has a purcly defensive character. Our dcfence expendicure aims
ac maincaining an army not in ordcr co wage war, but in order co avoid war.
