Il 16 settembre, una donna
e un ragazzo vengono uccisi dai tedeschi.
Il 24 settembre, 16 civili sono fucilati
dopo che un contadino ha tentato
di evitare che un militare italiano
collaborazionista gli rubasse una gallina.
[29] Limmari di Pietransieri,
Roccaraso (AQ), 12-21 novembre 1943,
125 vittime.
La popolazione disobbedisce
all'ordine di evacuazione e si raduna
in quattro casolari. Una serie di violenze
provoca la morte di 18 persone.
Il 21 novembre i tedeschi raggiungono
i casolari e uccidono 107 persone, [28]
nelle case e nei boschi circostanti.

an Italian collaborationist from stealing
one of his hens.
