Sandrine Picaud-Monnerat, agrégée d’histoire et docteur es lettres, est spécialisée en
histoire militaire du XVIIIe siècle, mais a aussi travaillé sur le XVIIe siècle et le début
du XIXe siècle (notamment sur l’œuvre de Clausewitz). Sa thèse de doctorat, publiée
sous le titre La petite guerre au XVIIIe siècle (Paris, Economica, 2010), a reçu le prix de
l’Association suisse d’histoire et de sciences militaires.
Dr. Pasi TUUNAINEN, Senior Lecturer in History, University of Eastern Finland,
Adjunct Professor in military History, Universities of Eastern Finland and Oulu
Staff Col. Levent ÜNAL was graduated from Military Academy in 1985, from War
Academy in 2000 and Armed Forces College in 2002. He served as the Turkish Military
Attaché to Prague between 2006 and 2008.
Col.Levent ÜNAL had doctorate degree (Ph.D.) from Gazi University in the field of
“History of Turkish Republic.”
Currently, Col. ÜNAL is the Chief of Planning and Coordination Branch at ATASE
Division of Turkish General Staff.
Col. F.Rezzan UNALP (PhD.) was born in Istanbul in 1962, and graduated from
Department of History, Faculty of Letters, Istanbul University in 1983. She completed
her degree of Master of Arts at the same university with the thesis ‘Sadabad Pact in
Turkish Press’.
In 1985, Rezzan UNALP was appointed as Second Lieutenant in Turkish Air Force
Command. Col. UNALP completed PhD degree at Gazi University with the doctoral
thesis “The Ottoman Activities in the Northern Africa in World War I”.
Currently, Col. UNALP is the Director of Military History Branch at ATASE Division of
Turkish General Staff, and the author of various articles and papers on Turkish History
in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Col. Antonino ZARCONE Capo dell’Ufficio Storico dello Stato Maggiore dell’Esercito
Ha frequentato oltre al 164° corso dell’Accademia di Modena e la Scuola di Applicazione
di Torino, il 121° Corso di Stato Maggiore, il 1° Corso di Stato Maggiore Interforze.ed il
Corso avanzato per Ufficiali di Artiglieria Terrestre alla Scuola di Artiglieria Usa di Fort
Sill Oklahoma. E’ laureato in Scienze Strategiche all’Università di Torino e in Scienze
Diplomatiche ed internazionali all’Università di Trieste. Ha conseguito: il master in
