The organisarion of every poinr was as foUows: che leader of che poinc and
bis couriers. Elemems of a point were the inrelligence groups of che poinr. They
could be one or more. The group had irs leader and 4-6 scouts. When choosing
che scours, i t was necessary co recruit people who had dealings wim che populacion,
living in che d istrice ahc:ad <m. This was necessary not only for che security of the
group and rhe indivjdual scouts, bur also che possibilities of che local peopk in
